Refund Policy

PolicyDr delivers a digital service — your gap analysis report — which is generated and delivered immediately upon payment. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Our General Policy

Because the analysis is performed and the report is delivered instantly upon payment, refunds are generally not available once the report has been generated and sent to your email address. This is standard for digital services where the service is consumed at the point of delivery.

When We Will Issue a Refund

Report Not Received Refund Eligible

If payment was successful but you did not receive your report within 30 minutes, contact us at ac@policydr.com. We will resend the report or issue a full refund.

Technical Failure Refund Eligible

If a technical error on our end prevented your report from being generated, we will issue a full refund or re-run the analysis at no charge.

Duplicate Payment Refund Eligible

If you were charged more than once for the same analysis, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days.

Dissatisfied with the Report Not Eligible

If your report was successfully delivered but you are unhappy with the findings, we are unable to offer a refund. The analysis reflects the terms found in the document you uploaded. We encourage you to contact us at ac@policydr.com — we are happy to clarify any findings.

Wrong Document Uploaded Not Eligible

If you uploaded the wrong document and a report was generated, a refund cannot be issued. However, write to us — we will try to accommodate a re-analysis at a reduced fee on a case-by-case basis.
